Ingredients

  • 1 Gram - Light-Bodied Red Wine
  • 1 Gram - Orange Juice Or Apple Juice
  • 1 Gram - Brandy
  • 1 Gram - Orange Liqueur
  • 1 Gram - Simple Syrup
  • 2 Gram - Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1 Gram - Apple, Cored And Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Gram - Green Pear, Cored And Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Gram - Grapefruit, De-Seeded And Thinly Sliced
  • 1 Gram - Pomegranate Arils
  • 1 Gram - Rosemary, To Serve

Instructions

  1. In a pitcher, combine the red wine, orange or apple juice, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup. Give it a good stir. Carefully add the cinnamon sticks and fruit. Gently stir, cover, and let it sit in the fridge for at least three hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Serve the winter sangria over ice. Gently roll a small sprig of rosemary in-between your hands to release the oils. Garnish the sangria with the rosemary. Enjoy!
