  • ¼  - Reduced sodium butter crackers
  • ¼  - Cheese bratwurst
  • ¼  - Reduced fat italian salad dressing
  • ¼  - Gluten-Free pancakes
  • ¼  - Kellogg's Cracklin' Oat Bran
  • ¼  - Kellogg's Raisin Brain
  • ¼  - Unsweetened Chocolate Almond Milk
  • ¼  - Unsalted rice cake
  • ¼  - Vermicelli
  • ¼  - Queso blanco cheese
  • ¼  - Low Fat Milk Fruit Yogurt
  • ¼  - Dry mix corn muffin
  • ¼  - Cake or cupcake
  • ¼  - Tapioca

Instructions

  1. In a heavy saucepan, heat oil over medium-high until it shimmers.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and saute until the onion is soft and browned on the edges.
  3. Stir in the peaches, and saute until some of the juices release, about 2 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl.
  5. Add the mixture to the peaches and onions and reduce heat to medium-low.
  6. Simmer for about 15 minutes, or until teh mixture thickens a little.
  7. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes, and blend until smooth.
