Ingredients
- 2 cup - low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoon - ranch dip mix
- 1 tablespoon - fresh dill
- ½ - lemon
- 2–3 tablespoon - milk
Instructions
- In a blender, food processor, or with an immersion blender, blend all of the ingredients together except for the milk until the cottage cheese is smooth.
- Add the milk 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. The more milk you add, the thinner the consistency. Less milk will give you a thicker dip.
- Chill until ready to serve. The dip will thicken as it chills in the refrigerator. Serve with fresh veggies, crackers, potato chips, or pita bread.
