To make this cocktail for a crowd, just multiply the recipe by however many people you are serving. Right before you are ready to serve, mix together the apple cider and bourbon in a pitcher. Gently stir in the ginger beer, lime juice, and ginger bitters. Serve over ice. Enjoy!

My Notes
Your kitchen notebook is waiting.
Whether it's a recipe tweak or an inspiration burst — jot it down here.
Tips & Tricks (5)
- Warm Your Cider Properly 🍎Heat the apple cider to 160-170°F without boiling to preserve delicate spice flavors and prevent alcohol evaporation from the bourbon.
- Fresh Lime Juice Makes All the Difference 🍋Always use freshly squeezed lime juice rather than bottled to brighten the drink and cut through the sweetness of the cider and bourbon.
- Chill Your Glassware First 🥶Pre-chill your cocktail glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes before pouring to maintain optimal serving temperature and prevent dilution.
- Batch Cocktail Pro Tip 🍶When batching for crowds, keep the cider warm in a slow cooker and add bourbon, ginger beer, and lime juice just before serving to maintain carbonation and freshness.
- Select Quality Bourbon Wisely 🥃Choose a mid-range bourbon with vanilla and caramel notes (around 90 proof) rather than premium aged varieties, as cooking heat diminishes complex flavors.
