Ingredients
- 8 ounce - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup - 1/2 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 - 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon - 1/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 cup - 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
- ¾ cup - 3/4 cup chopped mild banana peppers, divided
- ½ cup - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup - 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix until evenly combined.
- Fold in chicken, 1/2 cup banana peppers, mozzarella cheese, and Cheddar cheese; transfer to a baking dish. Top with remaining banana peppers.
- Bake in the preheated oven, uncovered, for 18 minutes. Turn the broiler on Low and broil 2 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately with tortilla chips or crackers.
