    Prepare the Pan

    Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan and line the bottom with parchment paper.

    Make the Batter

    In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth.

    Stir in the melted butter, sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract.

    Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and stir to combine.

    Bake and Cool
