Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line 16 wells of standard muffin tins with cupcake liners.
2

Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels; crumble when cool enough to handle.
3

Carefully stretch each biscuit into a circle about 4 inches in diameter. Fill each one with 1 tablespoon bacon, 2 tablespoons cheese and 1 to 2 teaspoons green onions. Wrap edges of dough around fillings and pinch together to seal, forming a ball. Place each biscuit seam side down into prepared muffin tins.

|
Brush the top of each biscuit with egg and sprinkle evenly with bagel seasoning.
5
|
Bake in the preheated oven until golden, 15 to 17 minutes.

Tips & Tricks (5)
- Bacon Crispness Perfection 🥓Cook bacon until just crisp, then chop into small, uniform pieces to ensure even distribution throughout the muffins and prevent soggy spots.
- Dough Stretching Technique 🤲Gently stretch each biscuit dough round before filling to create a larger surface area, allowing for more cheese and bacon filling without tearing.
- Muffin Tin Preparation 🧈Lightly grease the muffin tin with non-stick spray or butter to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal of the biscuit bombs.
- Cheese Melting Hack 🧀Freeze the shredded cheese for 10 minutes before adding to filling to prevent melting during assembly and create distinct cheese pockets.
- Everything Bagel Seasoning Pro Tip 🌱Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning immediately after brushing with egg wash to help the seasoning adhere and create a beautiful golden crust.
