Tips & Tricks (5)
- Rotisserie Chicken Hack šShred the rotisserie chicken while it's still warm to ensure maximum moisture and easier separation of meat from bones.
- Cracker Crunch Technique š§Lightly toast Ritz crackers in butter before crushing to enhance their flavor and add an extra layer of richness to the soup's garnish.
- Layered Cheese Melting š§Add different cheese types in stages - start with the cream-based cheeses, then fold in sharper cheddar at the end for complex flavor development.
- Broth Depth Trick š„£If using store-bought chicken broth, enhance its flavor by simmering with additional aromatics like a bay leaf or fresh thyme before adding other ingredients.
- Potato Prep Pro Tip š„Dice potatoes uniformly and soak in cold water for 10 minutes before cooking to remove excess starch and ensure even, creamy texture in the soup.
