Tips & Tricks (5)
- Bean Prep Perfection ๐ซRinse canned beans thoroughly under cold water to remove excess sodium and prevent a metallic taste in your salad.
- Marinate Magic ๐Let the salad sit for 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors of the sun-dried tomato vinaigrette to fully infuse the ingredients.
- Cheese Temperature Trick ๐งRemove mozzarella pearls from the refrigerator 15 minutes before assembling to bring them to room temperature for maximum flavor and texture.
- Chopping Pro Technique ๐ชUse a sharp knife and pat meats like salami and pepperoni dry before chopping to ensure clean, precise cuts and prevent sticking.
- Vinaigrette Emulsion Secret ๐ซWhisk the olive oil and white wine vinegar slowly to create a stable emulsion that will coat the ingredients evenly and prevent separation.
