1 Gram Whole Milk

1 Gram Vanilla Extract

Instructions

In a small saucepan, combine cream and milk and stir until it simmers. Simmer for 1 minute.
Meanwhile, place chocolate in a heat-safe bowl. Pour milk mixture over the chocolate. Let the chocolate sit for 3 minutes and then stir until combined. Add vanilla extract and stir until smooth.
Serve with strawberries, pound cake, pretzels, oranges, etc.

If you don't have a fondue pot, don't worry. Just use a heat-proof bowl!
For only 2 servings, I like to put the chocolate fondue in a ramekin and place it in the fondue pot. Then I pour water around the ramkein which keeps it hot but doesn't burn or seize the cholocate
